The 2026 NFL Draft is nearly about to begin! And here’s a juicy tidbit for you: the Philadelphia Eagles are said to be “among teams that have had pre-draft discussions with teams about possible move-ups into late [first round].”
This much according to a report from NFL insider Jeremy Fowler, who also notes that the Cleveland Browns and Tennessee Titans are also in the mix.
It’s never exactly groundbreaking to suggest that Howie Roseman is going to consider making a trade since he’s always active. But the possibility of the Eagles trading up from their second-round pick at No. 53 has not really been on the radar leading up to this year’s draft.
If the Eagles make a second first-round pick after their first at No. 23 overall, who do you think they could be targeting? Who do you want them to take?
Soon enough, we’ll see if there’s anything to this rumor or if it was just fluff.
