The 2025 NFL Season is in full swing. Moves are needed to be made and the Eagles are making some cuts but we haven’t seen them resign anyone yet. The list is long on the number of players playing on a 1 year contract, including Zack Baun.
Baun came over from the Saints and saw limited playing time on special teams. But Vic Fangio saw something in him, and Zack became a starter for the Eagles at the LB position. It was probably the best move, not only for Zack but for the Eagles.
Sometimes, it takes a new team or position for a player to really shine, and that’s exactly what Zack did in his new role.
Someone, please tell me why Zack hasn’t been locked up yet. Is Howie clearing CAP space in order to sign him? Is he looking for too much?
It feels like we should have resigned him and focused on other things but what do I know, I’m just an Eagles Fan.
