For the sixth year in a row, Jason Kelce is raising money for the Eagles Autism Foundation through his annual fundraiser at the Jersey Shore.

From the press release (bold emphasis mine):

To raise funds for the Eagles Autism Foundation, Team 62 – led by Eagles Legend Jason Kelce – will host the 6th annual Team 62 at the Ocean Drive fundraiser in Sea Isle City on Wednesday, June 24 from 4-8 p.m. The event will feature special guests, including Eagles players, team legends, Eagles Cheerleaders, and SWOOP.

Ticket packages are available for those interested in early admission. For general admission, a $10 cover charge will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Proceeds from the evening – cover charge, bartending tips, raffles, merchandise, and Eagles memorabilia – will benefit the Eagles Autism Foundation.

Preceding the Team 62 fundraiser, a family-friendly event hosted by the Eagles Autism Foundation will be held in Excursion Park from 12-3 p.m. The experience is open to all and will feature fun activities, including mini football, cheer, and drumline clinics for guests of all abilities. A $25 donation upon entry will grant families and guests access to the event.

The fun continues Thursday, June 25 at 11 a.m. with the 4th annual Beer Bowl at the Sea Isle City Yacht Club. SportsRadio 94WIP, the Official Radio Partner of the Philadelphia Eagles, will be conducting a live remote broadcast.

Fans unable to attend the two-day event can support by donating to Team 62’s fundraising page and by bidding on exclusive items in the Team 62 Auction, which runs through Friday, June 26 at 5 p.m.

Since 2021, the Team 62 at the Ocean Drive event has raised more than $2.4 million for the Eagles Autism Foundation.

I’ve never attended one of these events and I won’t be able to make it this year but it seems like a lot of fun and it’s for a good cause. Anyone here from the BGN community planning to go? If so, let us know, and feel free to report back on your experience. Could make for a good post in The Feed.

Side topic: what’s your Jersey Shore beach of choice? (Or are you a Delaware beach person?) I used to frequent LBI’s Beach Haven and I still like it there but I’m much more often down in Brigantine now since my girlfriend’s parents live there.
