Before the fourth Sunday of the 2025 regular season kicks off, let’s have some fun by taking a look at the lines for the NFL Week 4 games.

Here are suggestions when trying to beat the odds.
NFL WEEK 4 GAMES
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (-3.5) at TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS: Beating the Bucs typically hasn’t been easy for the Birds. But Tampa Bay is banged up and Philly is healthier than they were when these two teams played last year. The Eagles will win this game but the Bucs will make the score close. Too tempting to not take Todd Bowles getting points at home against a team he’s usually been able to contain. PICK: Buccaneers +3.5
NEW ORLEANS SAINTS at BUFFALO BILLS (-14.5): It’s a big number, yeah, but what are you hanging your hat on with the Saints here? The Bills should be able to stomp them. PICK: Bills -14.5
CLEVELAND BROWNS at DETROIT LIONS (-9.5): Jim Schwartz is going to cause some problems for the Lions’ running game. The Lions could be due for a little bit of a letdown after such a big win over Baltimore on a short week. Detroit wins but Cleveland covers. PICK: Browns +9.5
TENNESSEE TITANS at HOUSTON TEXANS (-7.5): Oof. The Titans being 7.5-point underdogs to an 0-3 team is a tough look. Tempting to take the points since the Texans haven’t looked good but this line speaks to just how bad Tennessee has been. PICK: Texans -7.5
LOS ANGELES CHARGERS (-6.5) at NEW YORK GIANTS: Jaxson Dart might be able to play. Feeling a moral victory here for the G-Men where the rookie quarterback has some good moments in a game that they lose to a superior Chargers team. PICK: Giants +6.5
WASHINGTON COMMANDERS at ATLANTA FALCONS (-2.5): Michael Penix might stink. Revenge game here for Marcus Mariota. PICK: Commanders +2.5
CAROLINA PANTHERS at NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (-5.5): The Panthers being 5.5-point road underdogs after pitching a 30-point shutout last week speaks to Carolina not being legit. There’s a reason the Pats are favored by this much here. Getting Christian Gonzalez back is important for that New England defense. PICK: Patriots -5.5
INDIANAPOLIS COLTS at LOS ANGELES RAMS (-3.5): The Colts have been ridiculously hot on offense. I’m not doubting them until they give me a reason to do so. PICK: Colts +3.5
JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS at SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (-3.5): The banged up Niners haven’t even played all that well but they’ve been winning. I refuse to put faith in Trevor Lawrence. PICK: 49ers -3.5
BALTIMORE RAVENS (-2.5) at KANSAS CITY CHIEFS: The Ravens are better than the Chiefs on paper but Baltimore is playing in Arrowhead on a short week and I just don’t see Patrick Mahomes dropping to 1-3. PICK: Chiefs +2.5
CHICAGO BEARS at LAS VEGAS RAIDERS (-1.5): Staying away from this line feels like the move. But since I have to make a pick, I’ll go with the Bears. I hate it because I don’t trust Caleb Williams but maybe Ben Johnson figured some things out last week. And I refuse to put faith in Geno Smith, who has stunk. PICK: Bears -1.5
GREEN BAY PACKERS (-6.5) at DALLAS COWBOYS: Lock of the week: Micah Parsons destroys the Cowboys in prime-time. Green Bay will be motivated after a bad loss to the Browns. PICK: Packers -6.5
NEW YORK JETS at MIAMI DOLPHINS (-2.5): Fade Justin Fields and you will prosper. PICK: Dolphins -2.5
CINCINNATI BENGALS at DENVER BRONCOS (-7.5): The Broncos sure aren’t perfect but the Bengals are definitely worse. PICK: Broncos -7.5
