The NFL is set to officially announce international matchups on Wednesday morning but we have another schedule leak that beat the league to the punch.
The Philadelphia Eagles will face the Jacksonville Jaguars in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in a Week 5 road matchup (note that the Birds are NOT losing a home game) starting at 9:30 AM Eastern on Sunday, October 11.
This much according to reporting from Ryan Fowler (who was first to leak the Eagles playing the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving) and @OzzyNFL.
The Eagles previously played the Jags (and beat them) in London during the 2018 season. That game was hosted at Wembley Stadium, so, it’ll be a different venue this time around. Are you going to make the trip?
Jacksonville is coming off a 13-4 finish where they won the AFC South but lost to the Buffalo Bills in the Wild Card round of the playoffs. Liam Coen was a Coach of the Year finalist in his first year on the job.
The Eagles last played the Jags in 2024. That was a pretty entertaining game which featured Saquon Barkley breaking out his jaw-dropping reverse hurdle.
Philly’s last international game was when they played a “home” game against the Green Bay Packers in Brazil to open their 2024 season. The Birds are considered to be a contender to play in Australia in the future.
The entire 2026 NFL schedule will be revealed on Thursday night. Until then, keep track of the rumored games here on BGN.
